1954 Dodge M37 "Lady in red" - Randy Coolbaugh

I found this truck after searching for many years. I just always loved the old Dodges. One day I spotted this truck in the Truck Trader catalog, and it was actually in my state! I bought it off a guy up in Rochester, NY. He bought it off Carroll Co. Fire Company in Fredericksburg, Maryland.

The truck was in running condition, BARELY. There was not a straight piece of metal on this truck. After a year or so, when the engine spun a bearing, I found that even the crankshaft was bent.

10 years later, and after a ton of work, I got the old girl straightened out. With a ton of help from the guys here at VPW.

Still a few things to go through, like the winch and T-case, but she is now a "retired" parade/show, sunny day driver.
