| Road Warriors visit VPW by steven | |
Last week we received a telephone call from Sherman and Will Day. This Father and Son team had driven their M38A1 Jeep from New York to the Portland Oregon National Military Vehicle show and were in route home when their voltage regulator failed.
They were about 2 hours from us when they called to see if we had the part, we told them if they could get here we had the voltage regulator. Sure enough they did show up and purchased and installed the new voltage regulator which took care of the problem.
Sherman and his 13 year old Son will have driven their jeep over 6 thousand miles on their trip, and will no doubt have many stories to tell friends and family.
Glad we could be of some help along the way and hope to see you again someday.
